Lorena A by Pierre Dal Corso | Quiet Sensual Brilliance

Note | Nudity My friend Pierre Dal Corso shares his latest work of Lorena A (represented by Nathalie in Paris). I was teasing Pierre today that his 'Undress Me' editorial of Daniela Freitas retains a top-5 spot at AOC, holding its own against Andrej Pejic. That's not easy, especially for an editorial published in early January 2011.
Pierre brings to his Lorena A images the same frank sensual intimacy, honesty and integrity that pervades most of his work. His range of closeups of Lorena's face are a sensitive, poignant offset against her equally beautiful body shots. Pierre's holistic sensual perspective -- one that always deals with the total woman -- is a key reason why I respect his work.
I love his tints also, as an alternative to black and white photographs, and a way of adding unexpected sensual dimension without the expected reds and pinks or even sepia. These images are complex, intellectual and powerfully sexual -- just like so many smart women I've known in life. Anne
