Alessandra Ambrosio leads the 'yummy mummy' pack -- although new mom Giselle's on a similar course.Victoria's Secret Alessandra Ambrosio had her yummy mummy body back in shape four months after giving birth to her first child, lensed here by David Burton for Elle France March 2010 issue.
Alessandra's exercise program includes cardio workouts 4 times a week, with lots of climbing and walking. She also did a lot of resistance training and weight training. Ambrosio was introduced to Leandro Carvalho's Brazilian Butt Lift program which includes a lot of squats and lunges. She also did yoga on the off days which helps your body become long and lean. Post pregnancy she started working out 2 hours a day and decided to stick with that regimen.
Let's not say "Oh that lucky woman! God gave her such a great body!" Alessandra Ambrosio works hard for her money, and she looks totally fab in this March 2010 Elle France endless-photo fashion editorial.
Brazilians had muscle lust long before the term was invented.
