Kate Upton for Victoria's Secret S/S 2011

My first reaction to Kate Upton's beautiful Victoria's Secret bra above is 'I did that!' One never forgets these designs. It's so strange to look at a pattern and suddenly be transported back to a flea market in Paris where I found amazing color cards and pattern books from couture houses, back to the season of my art deco colors and patterns. Ah reverie!

Let's get back to Kate Upton, who seems to be following the Sports Illustrated to Victoria's Secret path of super girl modeldom. Word is she also has Kanye West in tow, at least at the Victoria's Secret swim event at the Mondrian in LA last week.
