Does the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show Need A Facelift?

We're covering the coverage of the Victoria's Secret fashion show and at 10:16 am on Thursday morning, we're not overwhelmed.
Gerard Butler of 'Just Jared' had 'one of the best seats in the house, which is his coverage. We see images of Gerard.
The NY Daily News has a good story, lots of photos.
People front page, nothing. People photos, one of Kate Perry singing 'Fireworks'. People Style, nothing.
Huffington Post story. 7 comments at 10:25 am. Comments are worth noting:
-- they run the same tape every year . . . and NO one cares.
-- Real or implants? You be the judge.
--ALWAYS ALWAYS happy to see more objects . . . they do it voluntarily, but objects nonetheless . . .
--REALLY? More WINGS? I guess Victoria's Secret is she doesn't have any other ideas.
--Proof that God is man.
--okay Katy, just show them to us already. I am really getting sick of this.
--AGREED!
Women's Wear Daily: no show photos, just behind the scenes

New York Magazine's 'The Cut', nothing. But they do cover the Ralph Lauren 4-D 'Light Show', also last evening.
The New York Times Style section, just Tweets from The Moment blog.SampleTweets
--The angels have flown the coop for another year. Basta HS
--Akon is serenading the models on the runway like at a child pageant. HS
--A little Mugler, a little Dsquared, the camp sextravaganza now takes a Southern turn. Yeehaw. HS
--Male gymnast interlude--for real. HS
The lingerie focus on today's The Moment blog is Maison Bellaish's Home Away From Home. Now that hurts!!!

Fashionologie does load in most of the thumbnails, one large shot and list of people there writeup.
The Frisky.com, nothing. StyleList.com story here. Major news is Vin Diesel going crazy in the crowd.
The hulking movie star jumped to his feet, danced and pumped his fist in the air to the beat of Akon's performance of "Angel," earlier in the show.
"I'm in a very fortunate place where I can show love when I feel it," Diesel told StyleList after the show. Moments later, Diesel saw Akon and the two were screaming like long lost friends.
Did we mention the place was full of nearly naked women, each more beautiful than the last?
We're continuing our hunt for coverage and know that the CBS show is coming up on November 30, but a good banker would double check the return on her enormous investment and ask how it enhances the VS relationship with American women who -- after all -- buy about 90% of the lingerie.
Looking at the discreetly-dressed photo of Paris Hilton -- yes, you heard me -- perhaps VS should consider their Modern values Las Vegas brand message. They know their customer best, of course.
The best article so far, is the ever-dependable blogger workhorse, the UK Daily Mail, source of most of these images. Just for the record, their strong focus was Katy Perry, not the VS Angels who brought up the rear of the story.
