Lea T Models Givenchy Couture White Lace in Vogue Paris
Lea T via berrysparkling at TFSThe interest in 28-year-old Givenchy model Lea T continues, as she talks about her current program of hormone replacement therapy and intention of undergoing a sex-change operation. She describes people's reaction to her as not all positive and describes her gender-identity status as a "war in your mind".
Brazilian Lea T was a successful male model known as Leandro (Leo) Cerezo, before evolving as Lea T. She says that she was often mistaken for a woman, when answering casting calls for men.
Today, Lea T's beauty is described as imperial, retro, carefree and androgynous, somewhere between Greta Garbo and Candy Darling, according to French Vogue.

Lea T tells French Vogue that "I met Riccardo Tisci who had just graduated from Central St Martins. Little by little, we became friends. One night, he encouraged me to wear heels to a party. We went shopping for these drag queen high heels and bleached my eyebrows. It was a revelation." (translation from French Cactus at TFS)
