Lady Gaga & The Lilliputian Men
Lady Gaga promised a controversial fragrance launch and she has delivered one in her collaboration with Steven Klein. Lilliputian men are crawling all over her body, much like the Catholic bishops and Republican-controlled legislatures, who are passing one law after another governing women's private parts.
We read somewhere this question of the booing and hissy crowd: "If it wasn't Gaga, what would you think of the image?"
Perhaps we cover too much body politics at Sensuality News and Anne of Carversville, but we think the cover sends a cogent message. Is it tasteful? No. But neither is the war being waged on women's bodies.

Why do movies have these effects on adolescents? These researchers examined the role of a personality trait known as sensation-seeking. One of the great dangers of adolescence, is the predisposition for "sensation seeking" behavior. Between the ages of ten and fifteen, the tendency to seek more novel and intense stimulation of all kinds peaks. The wild hormonal surges of adolescence makes judicious thinking a bit more difficult.
