'Grapes of Wrath' Fashion | Valentina Zelyaeva

The magazine may be Elle Russia, July 2010, the model Valentina Zelyaeva and photographer Tony Kim, but stylist Ekaterina Mukhina and the editorial team have hit a bullseye with 'Grapes of Wrath' fashion imagery and sexy, 'True Grit' women for tough times. 

This editorial is as opposed to the 'Sex and the City' crowd as an editorial can get. Which one resonates? There's a reason why SATC2 fell flat at American box offices this summer. The international box office thinks America still lives like the stiletto-wearing foursome cavorting their way through the Middle East.
